Boston Immigrants Hoodwinked

Immigrants are an extremely vulnerable population and this Boston Globe article illustrates it.  A couple, of Cambodian decent, tricked hundreds of other Cambodian immigrants into a pyramid scheme where they netted $27 million dollars.  This is one of the few cases where justice was served.
